Grace Tame
Grace Tame is a survivor of child sexual abuse, author, columnist, campaigner and advocate for fellow survivors. She is the founder and CEO of The Grace Tame Foundation (GTF), a not-for-profit organisation which creates and funds initiatives to prevent, disrupt and respond to child sexual abuse. In 2022 she released her number one best-selling memoir, The Ninth Life of a Diamond Miner, which was shortlisted for three ABIAsBetween the ages of 18 and 24, Grace lived and worked in the United States as an artist. She now resides in her hometown of Hobart and regularly competes in ultramarathons around the country. On 2 December 2023, she broke the female course record for the Bruny Island 64km Ultra in a time of 5:04:07. For her contribution to legal reforms that allow child sexual abuse survivors to tell their own stories publicly, Grace was named the 2021 Australian of the Year.

Dr Jan Ewing
Dr Jan Ewing explains the reasons why society has always had difficulty talking about incest and goes on to discuss the psychological impact of childhood sexual abuse on victim-survivors. 

Dr Jan Ewing, PhD, MA, BSc (Hons) is a fully qualified clinical psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist, a registered practitioner in Queensland. She is an elected Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society, the Australasian Society for the Study of Brain Impairment and the International Society for the Study of Trauma & Dissociation. Dr Ewing has particular experience and interest in the diagnosis and management of mild head injury and in the field of post-traumatic stress syndromes. She is trained and certified in clinical hypnosis and EMDR therapy. She has specialised for over thirty years in the treatment of post-traumatic syndromes, particularly those relating to military service and childhood sexual abuse and has provided training workshops and seminars around Australia in the neurobiology, diagnosis and treatment of complex trauma syndromes associated with child maltreatment and neglect.
